Repair Process

1. Vehicle Drop Off

** Possible delay due to back ordered items

2. Body Repair

Estimated Completion Date provided once all parts received
Vehicle moves to body repair process
Process time determined by amount of labor hours on job after fully supplemented

3. Painting & Polish

Vehicle will be masked and prepped for paint
Painted & Sealed using high quality paint & materials in a Professional Heated Booth
After Paint is cured it will then be inspected for any imperfections and polished to ensure factory shine
Process time determined by amount of labor hours on job after fully supplemented

1-3 days

4. Reassembly

1-2 days

5. Sublet Work

Any sublet work such as alignment, tires, ac recharged, ect will be schedule to be completed

1-4 days

6. Detail For Delivery

Our Team will ensure your vehicle is returned to you in the condition in which we received it or better!

7. Quality Inspection

A complete walk around will be completed by management to ensure all repair operations were preformed correctly and are up to R&T Quality Standards and back to Pre accident condition.
Post Scan

We will call and inform you your vehicle is ready for pick up
At this time payment is required in full
Repairs are backed by a lifetime warranty, car is able to be hand washed or taken thru the automatic
No wax within 30 days of pick up date
