Work Authorization Must Be Signed 2 Weeks Prior of Appt Date
Drop Off

Vehicle needs to be dropped off with no less than 1/4 tank of gas

There will be a $10 charge plus cost of gas if required to put 5 gal of gas in vehicle to move it to a sublet location if vehicle

Please clear out as many personal items from your vehicles as possible to provide access room

Perferred drop of the weekend prior to your appt (key drop box in the office door) or Monday morning 8am-10am
Parts

There is no guarantee on fitmit of AM parts

We do everything we can to us only OEM parts if we can get vendors to price match within the allowance the insurance will pay if we can not justify it, we will give you the option to self pay the difference for only OEM parts if requested

If you would like only OEM parts used, you are welcome to pay the difference in which the insurance won’t cover & we would be than happy to use OEM parts

For 1 day jobs with - Pre Painted Items 50% down Required

R&T accepts Insurance Check (best method), Debit Card, Credit Card, Check, and Cash.

We offer 10% cash discount on non insurance claims with cash or check payment

A transaction fee of 3.5% will be added to all debit and credit card payments over $1,000

We do not offer Payment Plans

You must provide initial insurance check at pick up. If you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to follow up & know where it is at

Deductible is to be paid to the shop at time of pick up

THERE WILL BE A $35 FEE ON ALL BOUNCED CHECKS. BAD CHECKS OVER $500 ARE SUBJECT TO FELONY CHARGES
